Biography
I was born September 29th, 2000 to my parents; Peter Greathead and Shari Traub. I have two brothers, Travis and Pj and two cats named Arthur T. Demoulas and Athena. I enjoys reading and coaching the younger class girls at her gym. I also enjoys volunteering with the special needs children at her school and the Alzheimers foundation. Last summer, I qualified to be a USAG level 3, 4, and 5 certified judge. I plan to pass the optional judging test in the fall.
Currently, I am finishing up 10th grade at Andover High School and will graduate from high school in 2019. I has a 4.3 GPA and plans to take honors and AP courses in high school.
As a level 8 gymnast in 2012, I placed sixth in the all around at State Championships and qualified to Regionals. As a second year level 8 gymnast in 2013 - 2014, I tied first in the all around with a 37.275 at the Chelsea Piers Winter Challenge. At the State Championships, I place third in the all around, which meant I was able to take a spot on the super seven regional team. At Regionals, I placed fourth in the all-around with a 37.175.
I finished up her 2014 - 2015 season as a level 9. I made team finals at the Dream Big meet on vault and ended up in second. At the Brestyan’s Invitational, I placed fourth in all around, first on floor, second on beam, and third on vault. At the Tim Dagget National Invitational, I place first on vault and floor. At the 2015 New Hampshire State Championships, I was the vault champion and ended up being third in the all-around. I qualified to Regionals.
I competed the 2015- 2016 season as a level 9. At the Shen's New England Classic, I came in 1st vault, bars, floor and in the All- Around. I also got 1st on bars and floor at the 2016 Heartland Classic. I did not compete at the New Hampshire State Championships because of a minor achilles injury. However, I petitioned into regionals and ended up being the Regional Vault Champion.
I just finished up my 2016- 2017 season as a first year level 10. I qualified to the 2017 American Invitational Event Finals where I placed first on vault, bars and floor. At the 2017 State Championships I got 1st on floor, 1st on bars, 3rd on beam, and received 2nd in the All-Around. I qualified to regionals and placed 6th on vault.
I am currently a level 10 gymnast. I train 23 hours per week at Atlantic Gymnastics in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. My current coaches are Cory Cunningham and Allie Brisson I am 11th grade student at Andover High School and will graduate from high school in 2019. My long-term goal is to do college gymnastics.
My goal is to attend an institution where I can major in Pre-Med and eventually get my degree in Radiology. I intend to directly impact a worthy college gymnastics team and dedicate myself as a loyal team player who is obligated to lead the team from within. I will always drive my skill set to higher levels to become the best gymnast I can. My perseverance, passion and time management will push me to become the best student athlete I can.
